Four hours of professional cleaning at a special rate.
Service Description
Book a professional team of four cleaners for a four-hour cleaning session at a special discounted rate. Select the type of cleaning you need and provide the property details in the booking form. Additional cleaning time beyond the four reserved hours is billed at $160 per hour with the client’s approval and is subject to team availability. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance and any approved additional time are due on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward the final service total. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may receive a deposit refund or transfer the deposit to a new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, no-shows, or inability to access the property may result in the deposit being non-refundable. All cleaning services require a two-hour minimum. If additional cleaning time is needed, it will be billed at the applicable hourly team rate with the client’s approval and is subject to team availability. If Nelly Ultra Cleaning LLC must cancel the service, the client may choose a full deposit refund or reschedule without penalty.
