Frequently
Asked Questions

Does the property need to be empty?

Yes. This service is designed for vacant or nearly vacant properties so the team can access all cleaning areas.

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?

Interior cabinet and drawer cleaning may be selected as an add-on. They must be completely empty before service.

Can you clean before my final inspection?

Yes. Schedule the service with enough time to review the property before returning keys or completing the inspection.

Is carpet steam cleaning included?

No. Standard vacuuming is included, but carpet extraction or steam cleaning is a separate specialized service.

Can I book cleaning before moving into my new home?
