Professional cleaning by a three-person team.
Service Description
Book a professional team of three cleaners for a two-hour cleaning session. Select the type of cleaning you need and provide the property details in the booking form. A minimum booking of two hours is required. Final pricing may vary depending on the size and condition of the property and the amount of cleaning required. All booking requests are subject to review and confirmation. In-person estimates are also available upon request.
Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward the final service total. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may receive a deposit refund or transfer the deposit to a new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, no-shows, or inability to access the property may result in the deposit being non-refundable. All cleaning services require a two-hour minimum. If additional cleaning time is needed, it will be billed at the applicable hourly team rate with the client’s approval and is subject to team availability. If Nelly Ultra Cleaning LLC must cancel the service, the client may choose a full deposit refund or reschedule without penalty.
